The Burning Prince

4.5cl Moutai Prince

3cl lime juice

2cl maple syrup

2 pieces of lemon balm fill up pale ale (here overflowing)


Preparation: Put all ingredients except for the pale ale in a shaker and shake well. Then strain twice and fill up with the pale ale. Stir in carefully.

4 cl Moutai Yingbin

3 cl Ruby Port wine (Niepoort)

1.5 cl Crème de Cassis

1 cl lime juice

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir for about 12 seconds. Then strain into a tumbler.
