Moutai Shines at ProWein 2022

After a long wait from the quarantine in Germany, Prowein 2022 came back with a blast with more than 38,000 high-quality trade visitors from 145 countries, and 5,700 enthusiastic exhibitors from 62 countries!  

ProWein is the world’s leading trade fair for wines and spirits, the largest central industry event and the international business platform for professionals from viticulture, production, trade and gastronomy.  Visitors had the chance to meet their favourite suppliers and taste over thousands of finest liquors and great food at the event. 

We were delighted to partner up with FOOD and TRAVEL, the world's leading gastronomic travel magazine titled with a 25-year heritage, to co-exhibit in ProWein 2022.  Indeed, we were grateful to have participated in the show and the interest that we received was overwhelming! It was our pleasure to come face-to-face with our business partners, and also met many wine and spirits professionals who have shown great interest in Moutai.  It was a perfect opportunity not only to showcase our products, and telling our stories on how Moutai becomes one of the legendary spirits in China, but also allow the attendants to sample the taste of Moutai  with the guidance from our representatives on how to properly savour the taste and aftertaste of the spirit.   

The level of engagement in the event was incredible.   The visitors of the show were really in the know of the industry and understand how to appreciate great spirits.  It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm  in discovering the history of Chinese Baijiu, the process of producing Moutai, the differentiation between Moutai and the other Asian spirits as well as other spirits in general, and so much more. 

Our six meters tall wall banner at the entrance featuring a gigantic image of the Moutai Flying Fairy also drew a lot of attention, and led many visitors and exhibitors to begin their journey to Discover Moutai!
