Star Cocktail of the Month

 

The Burning Prince
 by Ceiron Gedig

A refreshing drink with nutty and ethereal notes, great for barbecue and more! 

 

4.5cl Moutai Prince 

3cl lime juice 

2cl maple syrup

2 pieces of lemon balm fill up pale ale (here overflowing) 

 

Preparation: Put all ingredients except for the pale ale in a shaker and shake well. Then strain twice and fill up with the pale ale.

A fruity drink accompanied by harmonious freshness. Welcome spring! 

 

4 cl Moutai Yingbin

3 cl Ruby Port wine (Niepoort)

1.5 cl Crème de Cassis

1 cl lime juice

 

Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir for about 12 seconds. Then strain into a tumbler.
